Affise Releases Notification System

How important is it for you to keep your finger on the pulse and be aware of affiliates and offers state of play? We won’t be able to hear your answer, but we allow ourselves to assume that it is rather significant.

In their daily routine, affiliate and account managers deal with tons of company affiliates and thousands of offers. In the light of this number, it is so easy to miss just one recently joined affiliate or overlook the moment an offer cap was reached. But you don’t want this to happen. Neither do we.

Thus, we are delighted to announce the release of the notification system.

Affise notification system is a tool that helps you to keep track of all events within your Affise account. With the help of this feature, you will not miss any important updates and will carry your business needs accordingly without a loss of time.

To keep you up to date with affiliates and offers events, we’ve developed this functionality with passion and attention to the details. There will be several stages of improvement for the notification system, and the expected updates will cover all the Affise events, including internal and external ones.

By now, the notification system keeps users updated on:

  • Offer statuses
  • Offer caps
  • New affiliate registrations

And at a further stage, we plan to update notification system with other events, for example:

  • Powerful and user-friendly notification system for your affiliates
  • Option to add thousands of offers into one notification subscription in a few clicks
  • Changelog for all activities within the notification system
  • Customizable notifications

Below, you can find the guide for setting up the notification rule.

Notification setup

There are few steps required to set up the notification rule:

First step. Go to the admin panel and choose the “Notifications” section. This tab displays the list of created notifications and their details.

Second step. Click the plus button to get to a new tab where you can create and save a notification.

To create a notification subscription set up the required rules: specify a name for notification rule, choose notification event type and delivery method.

Notifications delivery

Based on the chosen type, there are two ways to monitor notifications.

Email notifications.

You will receive an email notification as soon as the event occurred. You can preview the email notification template on the creation tab.

In-app notifications.

In-app notifications will appear inside your Affise system once the event occurred.

You can find the list of all notifications by clicking on the bell icon on the upper side of the admin panel.

The notification system is available to all Affise clients. Spend a little time today to save much more time tomorrow and the days after. By setting up the notification rules you save your time and ensure that you will not miss any important information.

Further, you will shortly see this system as a huge feature that combines both admin and affiliate panels. And this system will cover not only those events from the subscription list but also all the internal, external, marketing, and system updates.

Should you have questions regarding the notifications setup, you can always contact your Customer Success manager.
